Turnkey modernisation of existing 1960s Express high rise/ high speed 8 car group traction passenger lifts utilising high efficiency AC gearless ‘permanent magnet’ drive technology and hall call destination control system.
Undertaken as acting ‘Principal Contractor’ in fully occupied building. 18 month on site install programme with holistic construction phase maintenance management of all lifts for duration of programme.
